I confirm that I own, or have the owner's permission to use, every logo, image, design, name and piece of text I supply to The Embroidery Warehouse for this order, and that The Embroidery Warehouse may reproduce it on the items I order.

If anyone claims that the artwork, or its use on my order, infringes their trade mark, copyright or other rights, I will be responsible for that claim and will cover The Embroidery Warehouse's reasonable costs and losses arising from it, except where the claim is caused by The Embroidery Warehouse's own error.

The Embroidery Warehouse may pause or decline an order it reasonably believes would infringe someone else's rights.
